On this section of our website is where we display our training protocols on videos and pictures. Our practitioners will be showing how and what to do as if they were on the field with our real clients. CEO Toia and Admin Ardeneshia administer these training sessions every staff meeting to encourage and stand firm on proper procedure, and to keep the team well informed on safety of clientele and work practice.

Client Diaper Change Prep

One of the beginning steps and prep is to maintain a clean, comfortable area that is sanitated. Sheets should be changed; a chuck and sheet should be placed under the client. Make sure the client has head support with a pillow and chuck flatten and firm underneath the client for the best comfort.

After the initial prep process, wash your hands. Make sure to put on new clean gloves and grab a new pair of briefs for the client to begin the diaper change.

Final Step For Diaper Change

In this step you put the new diaper on the client. You start from the feet up to the waist and to bring the briefs up the hips help the client turn on their side and pull the briefs up on the client. After that you dispose of the old chuck, sheet, diaper and gloves.
